I am not sure if there is an open bugzilla report on it but it will be
more convenient to follow it in the bugzilla.

"squid -v" output.
squid.conf content (removing any confidential details such as passwords
and\or public IP address)
What OS are you using for the squid service?
And what is the service server that you send the post request to is
sitting on?
Since the issue can be from lots of reasons which not all of them are
squid we need to verify the issue once.
