I can't update to 3.4 because of the cpu usage problem described in

Not at all.
It is possible since there is a shared code but until tested cannot be..
If we can reproduce a lab for ntlm and all the others some tests can be done. I am not able for now to create this environemnt but maybe will be able later.

Anyone willing to contribute a test lab for kerberous between squid to Windows server 2012? a trial is OK for that also.
