logrotate only instead (all) squid rotate

Using:  "squid -k rotate"  squid rotates logs but also closes and reopen 
caches_dirs and url_rewrite_programs

There's a way to signal only the (logfile-daemon) processes to rotate 
the logs and only the logs ?
