Can you try to not look at the SNMP but look at a top output?
Just wondering if there is a possibility of something else.
what top or htop shows??
top has the "1" option which shows you all the cpus in the machine.

Everything is same as before . I have 2 squid boxes . one of them has rock ,
another even doesn't has rock . just upgraded and both boxes has increased
cpu usage .
