No. Squid is only aware what it gets asked for.
For example: User1 write in your browser www.one.com. Thats translate
in log of squid as:
request---> www.one.com
request---> ssss.one.com
request---> .one.com/aaa.gif
.......

How do you know user did not type sss.one.com ?
You can do what you like with the log data in a log daemon. Just keep in
mind its not a good idea to falsify information.
