Hi,

I'm using a squid.spec from squid 3.3 to build 3.4.0.1 but it fails with "/usr/bin/ld: ../snmplib/libsnmplib.a(snmp_vars.o): relocation R_X86_64_32 against `.rodata' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC
../snmplib/libsnmplib.a: could not read symbols: Bad value"
