Subject: acl file for multiple users authentication by AD?

Very simple question, I authenticate squid vs AD using squid_ldap_auth, but exist a way to add a group of users to a file to apply my acl's?

restrict_users.acl
user-a
user-b
user-c
user-d

acl restrict_users path/restrict_users.acl?

I have seen how to do it with IP address but haven't seen with users, is possible?

Thanks.
