Wow. I can't believe that either no one else has this problem, or no one will help with this.
"Nobody knows" is the better conclusion.
You could try the latest 3.3 release instead of 3.3.3. That site happens
to be using a rare form of the "no-cache" control parameter which has
arguments relating to the Cookies the site uses for its cookie-based
authentication system. That was only supported properly in 3.3.4.
