Obviously, you are using a "special" squid. Because this would not be
possible, otherwise:
cache_peer 192.168.158.105 parent 3128 no-digest no-query no-tproxy
proxy-only name=video
(no-tproxy ??)

Interesting, I would assume all traffic to be forwarded to cache_peer
because of this

never_direct allow all

So, you will need to do some debug on squidA, to check processing of ACLs
and forwarding of requests.
You might start with

debug_options ALL,5 33,2 28,9

for detailed debug of ACL processing. 
Gives you a lot of info in cache.log, so just use a single video request.
