As I posted since there is not concurrency in squid yet for this
helper there is no need to send the channel.
just send:
"OK store-id=store-id"
or
"OK store-id=**blank**"(**blank** == nothing)

FYI: the wiki page for StoreID was re-using the documentation for the
URL-rewriter API which shares a lot of code but has some different
syntax requirements to store-id.
I have now updated the wiki to document the Store-ID helpers API, and
corrected the feature page to use that.
