hi all ,
ive added in my squid.conf the config of smp ,
im using squid 3.3.3  ,

but my question is , how to monitoe the performace and make sure if my other
idle cores are being used ??

here is what i modified :
########smp options#######
# Custom options
memory_cache_shared off
#workers 2
#
workers 4
cache_dir rock /squid-cache/rock-1 3000 max-size=31000 max-swap-rate=250
swap-timeout=350
cache_dir rock /squid-cache/rock-2 3000 max-size=31000 max-swap-rate=250
swap-timeout=350

also i want to ask about another issue ,
does using smp can make delay when starting squid ? i mean that rebuildig
process take more time when using smp ??!!
