ext_time_quota_acl default rule

I would like to create a default rule in ext_time_quota_acl helper.
According the config file in man.8 , you must match identity with a quota eg 
:

john 8h / 1d

In our case, we need to specifiy a "all" token as a default rule...
eg

* 24h/4d


Is it possible to do that ?
