hi  ,
thanks alot dear for info ,

now i removed the raid 0
now i have 3 hardisks
/cache1
/cach2
/cache3

do u think mounting them in fstab file as :
/dev/sdb1 /cache1 ext4 noatime,barrier=0,data=writeback,commit=100 0 2
/dev/sdc1 /cache2 ext4 noatime,barrier=0,data=writeback,commit=100 0 2
/dev/sdd1 /cache3 ext4 noatime,barrier=0,data=writeback,commit=100 0 2

is perfect ?? or i need another modification about mountig ??
