What does it means ?

It means one of the system calls made by Squid has a value the system does not like.

We need a lot more context to figure out where it is coming from and what better description might be for the problem.

PS. Where did you allocate 6661::/7 network from? You should be using a fd00:: prefix for local network traffic. ie fd00::6661:...
