It didn't explain how it could work when Squid only binds the tproxy
socket to the IPv4 stack. However, I just restarted squid and it has
now bound to the IPv6 stack so I'm not sure what was previously
preventing it. Anyway, looks like the problem is solved - thanks.
For teh record you require a 3.1 version which auto-detects the kernel
support and a kernel with the IPv6 TPROXY support enabled at the time
such Squid are started. kernel 3.1+ IIRC.2.6.37 or later I believe.
