Add squid directory to the chown command - no problem.

unfortunately, I've already ran squid -z, both under root user and squid user/ Making squid own /var/cache sounds me strange : all files/directories under /var/cache will be owned by squid user, which is not acceptable : 
a lot of other programs need to access to this trees.
