You meant 3.2.5 ? right?

Hope you wont get any issues later on but a simple netstat would have showed this issue with a bit divide and concur.

By the way, is this ICAP server you are using is on the local machine or on remote server?

Turns out that it was this:
"ICAP server connection leaks have been resolved."
which had been resolved in 3.2.7 - YAY!
