Thanks for your advice, but it doesn't help me.

# yum install squid-3.2.3-1.fc17.x86_64.rpm

I have all latest updates on RHEL v6.3  from RHN and I think that Red Hat don't support this newest software. For example - systemd.
I tried to download squid package from Fedora Project but I also coundn't install it.
