Hey Maurizio,

What you are asking for is problematic in many places and forbidden by laws.
Squid can do some of these things you need using ssl-bump and can be done using ICAP service.

Yes, i have, i even don't remember the real url they use:)
The problem is: how I can count the login per user to an applicaton ssl tunneled
