I'm having problem with squid 3.1.20 (intercept) that when I'm
trying to
access some device with IP address like http://192.168.1.1/ .
on online mode it the response is slow but somehow can be managed.
if I'm in offline mode(not internet access) it takes a lot of time
to
get the response.
it seems like a a dns problem, but i'm using an ip address?

got the dns request summary"
15 7.100608 127.0.0.1 127.0.0.1 DNS 85 Standard query 0x92b5 PTR
138.0.0.10.in-addr.arpa
and the answer:
18 7.118694 127.0.0.1 127.0.0.1 DNS 162 Standard query response
0x92b5 No such name[Packet size limited during capture]
Why would squid look at a PTR in this case?
1) to test against domain names in a dstdomain or dstdom_regex ACL.
2) to log the FQDN. Either client FQDN for "%>A" / "log_fqdn on" ; or
server FQDN for "%<A" / "log_ip_on_direct off".
