Subject: Squid 3.2.1 sometimes return webpages as a ".gz" download

Today I noticed,sometime I visit
http://dwarffortresswiki.org/index.php/DF2012:Large_pot sometime squid
will return the webpage as a  downloadable .gz file

any idea what's going on?
