Do you get anything to indicate it is a Squid problem as opposed to a problem with the browser badly trying to cope with "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//FR" document type. For example; what XML format is "FR" ?? the strict DTD pointed at right afterwards defines English HTML tag names. Someone came up with a French version of ASCII?
