Bug 3463 help wanted

Requires OpenIndiana with build tools.

Tasks:

1) Using "./configure --disable-internal-dns" verify if the error 
occurs on 3.2 latest daily package.
  if no, please close the bug as FIXED with target milestone 3.2.

2) Locate and supply details requested in comment #1 of the bug report.
