But the problem is "simple". Clients behind proxy can't reach any site on non standard port (8080 for example). Everytime browser tell "ERROR, the requested URL could not be retrieved" with (111) Connection refused.


Connection refused is a TCP RESET packet coming back from the remote server or one of the firewalls between your proxy and it when opening the connection to 62.24.64.52.
