Is %SRC a valid parameter ?

If "X-Sophos-WSA-ClientIP" was a RFC defined request header name you could use it in request_header_replace along with request_header_access to determine when to strip and replace the existing one. The value validity is determined by the RFC about that header. There are no macros or escaping expansion performed. With that config line Squid will place into the header the characters %, S, R, then C.
