The mail archive is online at http://www.squid-cache.org/mail-archive/. Its a few GB of repetitive Q&A though.
You might like the the wiki instead, essentially a condensed version. Or one of the Squid books, both available in electronic forms. (free too if you look in the right places, but I'm not allowed to say where).
