In my case the IGV program (Integrative Genomics Viewer) is trying to
use our proxy to fetch the above mentioned file to view the genome in
a higher resolution.

Fetching the file via the proxy using a normal webbrowser works
without problems (it seems to be an archive of sorts).


It was a HIT. The connection got actively ABORTED before delivery was finished. 16395 bytes were transferred from cache to the client.
