A lot *may* be hapening. Guesses are useless in figuring out what you mean by "slow".
Other than one website being slow and all others being just fine (indicating its *very* probably not a Squid problem). Is there anything else you know about it? what have you looked at in order to figure it out for yourself? and what did you find so far?
