Which RFC describes Proxy-Connection: Keep-Alive ?

AFAICT there is no RFC or even draft. It was a failed experiment from way,
way back.
Current Squid will no longer send it but may (only sometimes) treat it
like Connection: which is defined in RFC 2068
Since 3.x?
I see a reply in 3.0 despite having sent only a connection keep alive.
