Hello,

by activating SSL bump in Squid 3.1, is it possible to transparent proxy

No. It is not.

I have read some documentation and posts, but i have not clear if it
possible, with browser warning, or not...

Any workaround/ideas?

WPAD "transparent configuration" for browsers. Both DNS and DHCP methods are recommended for best browser coverage.
