I thought I got all those a few days ago with
http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v3/3.HEAD/changesets/squid-3-11254.patch.
Can you check your bzr is up to revno 11268 and the acl and anyp
libraries are okay?
The line is still needed for controlling who can get cachemgr reports
(when it works). The broken Squid just ignore the ACL so no harm in leaving.
