The onl~y benefit would be that cache is preserved between squid restarts,
when server isn't restarted (and thus tmpfs is kept).

The downside would be that some objects will be stores in wram twice - in
squid process' memory AND the filesystem.

Much better would be using 4-6GB for cache_mem and turn off cache_dir
completely.
