Thank you Amos , I solved the problem. First I applied the use-storeurl patch into squid 2.7STABLE9, it adds usr-storeurl option to cache_peer. Then I had to use the same storeurl rewriter script on both peers. And it worked with ICP , I am getting internally written URLs as parent_hit now which is great.
