If you're going to sign a message as legit you should make sure your key
is on a key server, you managed to trip a lot of alarms sending an
unpublished key in an email >.>

I assume, that it could be caching that is causing the issue, the way
Facebook chat works and the way caching works, they just don't mix well.
Perhaps tell squid to not cache these pages:

/ajax/chat/
/ajax/chat/buddy_list.php
buddy_list.php
/presence/popout.php
/friends/ajax/edit_list.php
edit_list.php
chat.php

Or just don't cache facebook.com at all.
