filter URL - regex help

I have manged to get the Squid working to block all the websites and 
only a few URL's are accepted but I am having problem with this URL's to 
be whitelisted:

https://registrations.enable.orange.co.uk/Enable/Enable/logic_login.jsp
https://registrations.enable.mydomain.co.uk/Enable/Enable/enable_preapplications_conditions.jsp?isPAYMDown=false&cfunc=123&oid=45435345&ctx=M&mfunc=0

As you can see I want oid is random hash every time a user login, could 
you help me regex please.
