I got this 'fatal' error :

Squid Cache (Version 3.0.STABLE13): Terminated abnormally.
Different topic explain that this error is not fatal and squid may
continue running.
In my case, squid refuses restarting with this ACL.
If I delete the line, squid daemon restarts normaly.
any idea ?

You have specified a hostname in an ACL which matches IP addresses.
Squid can normally resolve the name into addresses when loading the
config. DNS was broken or unavailable at the time that Squid started.
