in my case

cache_peer 10.10.60.33        parent     8080  7   login=*:nopass weight=95 
name=p.dansguardian no-netdb-exchange no-digest no-query default
cache_peer 127.0.0.1     parent     8080  7   login=*:nopass weight=1  
name=dg2 no-netdb-exchange no-digest no-query


one child with 2 parents with  failover.  roundrobin cand be turn on if weigh 
is the same i think.
