Just as HTTP URLs ICAP URLs are also unique to their servicces. The examples in the wiki is just meant as illustration and is not specific to the clamav service of c-icap. There was a good guide on the c-icap site on how to install c-icap and matching squid configuration snippets, but I can not find it now.. trying Google.
