couldnt update because it is in production
The request is not allowed to go from Squid directly to the Internet.

Also, none of the configured cache_peer entries are allowed to service it,
or if one is it is currently down.

thanx i fixed by changing my never_directo into always_direct sentence

Why was that necessary? simply removing the never_direct blocker would be enough in normal Squid setups.
