In the communications server textbook architectures, you put the ocs
servers in your internal lan, and you need and ocs edge server in your
DMZ as well as a https reverse proxy. Microsoft of course recommends ISA
server, but perhaps Squid can be used as well..

Claudio, I have some tests planned, but I don't see why Squid could NOT
fit the bill..
