Amos, Thanks for the assistance. I made the changes as suggested. But the teacher is still complaining about choppiness and slow performance. I made the suggested changes yesterday and then I tried to prime the proxy by visiting the site and playing the video after hours. It played just fine after hours. I feel that If I can get the proxy to grab these videos then it should improve performance in the classroom.
