Little problem with PREFIX

Hello, I just compiled Squid-3.0.STABLE19 with this options

squid-3.0.STABLE19]# ./configure --prefix=/ --enable-snmp --enable-cache-digest --enable-err-language=Spanish --enable-delay-pools

When I see the squid.conf I saw this.... 
access_log //var/logs/access.log squid

And all options are in the same way

# cache_dir ufs //var/cache 100 16 256
What I do wrong?
