RE: URL issue (Internet explorer vs Firefox)

I don't think that IE have the problem, because I eliminate the proxy
configuration from the IE and the web page start working fine.

I am not kijacking message theads, I really need help on this.

Answer: stop hijacking message threads. You have a browser issue due to 
IE not supporting some feature of HTML. Nothing to do with Squid.
