Squid3 stable8 web cache proxy - iptables help!

Hello! I already posted some questions about web proxy under wrong name
(TPROXY) and I did got lots of answers - thx-!
I used http://wiki.squid-cache.org/ConfigExamples/Intercept/LinuxDnat,
provided from Amos, and I followed everything from there and did it on my
Ubuntu Jaunty 64 9.04. On gateway which is connected to Ubuntu/Squid box I
entered for proxy server 192.168.1.99:3128 which is Squid server address.
What happens? I'm unable to use Internet. It is like traffic is blocked. I'm
sure I configured it wrong. I should configure iptables so that all traffic
from 192.168.1.0/24 can access cache server. And then I would need to
configure output. On my gateway I can redirect ip addresses and ports:
<DESTINATION - IP> <PORT> to <Translated to Destination - IP><PORT> - <TCP
or UDP>, but trouble is that I can enter only one 20 ip addresses and I need
192.168.1.0/24 range.
IP address of my gateway DHCP for that network is 192.168.1.254 and my Squid
box is 192.168.1.99. All possible clients on network are in address range of
192.168.1.5 - 192.168.1.98. first 5 addresses are for AP-s. And how can I
get output info for my iptables configuration? Anything would be
appreciated!

thx
