Huh? no. dstdomain has no DNS queries. Client still only does one to find
the RR it wants.
Ok, this I don't understand. When I have two subdomains which point to
one server the clients have to make two DNS-queries where it all could
work with one DNS-query. And the less queries the faster the page is
laoding.

Well, cancel that extra work by the clients once per domain, against the
extra work your own server does doing (and waiting for) the re-writing
to happen once per request.
