2.7 to 3.0.13 upgrade issue

Gentoo has recently moved "stable" from 2.7 to 3.0.13, and i have found that www.skylinesaustralia.com now fails with both firefox and IE. The message from firefox is:

"Content Encoding Error

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

The page you are trying to view cannot be

 shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

     *  Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem."

Going direct works. 2.7 worked. Is this a known issue?
