Merely the RAM > cache_dir. I know that, thanks for mentioning. It seems like it is the aufs which caused this memory leak problem. I've noticed that with freebsd 6.2 + diskd, everything went fine. Does anyone else using freebsd 7.1 + aufs got the same problem? Thanks and regards, Liu
