Ahem, this got sent as reply to the users *mailing list*. There is no web
'forum'.
I have nothing helpful to add on the Squid side of things, but the
original poster's signature indicates he is viewing this list through
nabble.com, which aggregates a mailing list into a forum interface and
allows new postings and responses straight from the forum interface.
