Yes, you're right. After rebuilding directory of log file, squid run well

are you running a 32bit squid?

I am using 2.6S21. Is it 32 bit version?

Versions of Squid are non-specific. The binary build may or may not be "squid -v" will tell whether --enable-large-files has been built in or not.

Also, to prevent your logs getting this way again, please ensure you rotate the logs regularly and often enough.
