If the problem is chunks and your using Squid-3 yes.
For Squid-2 it _should_ be decoded, but the ACL just in that case is
only "header_access ....".

FF2 just don't show the page, and IE show's only that piece of
code.
Even that this is a webpage problem, could squid be changing the
encoding?
